"Photography was always something that came naturally to me, however it wasn't until I finished business school that I decided to seriously pursue my passion. I enrolled at the Miami Ad School to study Fashion Photography and Editorial design where I got a deeper technical understanding and fine tuned my craft. I now live in and am inspired by New York City! "

"Having grown up behind the stage in a theater, there was something that felt completely right about implying stories and narratives in images. I moved to Los Angeles from Sweden two days after high school to pursue my dreams in the city that worship a sub-human artificiality and hit you over the head with the reality of the human condition at the same time. I have remained and become immersed. "
"I try to make images that capture something and pulls a truth out of the viewer, something the two of us have in common that creates a connection we would never establish on a person-to-person level.
I make images to quiet my on-going questions about life. To get the images out of my head and secured onto paper so my brain feels free to wander on and my eyes to sweep over the landscape freely.

"The images were made by combining two photos. The preliminary photos were taken with the model wearing clothing over a green body suit, the body and background were then stripped away in post production and then only the clothing was projected onto the nude model, who had to take the same pose as in the initial photos. "

"Jasmine was drawn to fashion photography from the first of her beginner photography courses in high school. Always having had an eye for fashion and design, Jasmine's growing passion drove her to pursue a career in photography. In August 2003, Jasmine enrolled at San Francisco's Academy of Art University. During her time in college, she was also fortunate enough to travel to Sydney, Australia. There she continued her education online while producing exciting new photo shoots for her portfolio. At the conclusion of her Sydney trip, Jasmine moved to Los Angeles to finish her last course at the Academy of Art University. Jasmine is currently living in New York City.
