How much does your subscription cost?
Our subscription prices are:
Domestic - $60/year
International - $110/year
Domestic Single Copies - $15
International Single Copies - $30
Digital - $14.99/year
Single Issue Digital - $6.99
I have a subscription. Does it include access to the digital editions?
All subscriptions come with a free subscription to our digital edition. Your subscription order should have a five-digit code referred to as the “renewal code.” When accessing the digital edition via iTunes, enter this code when prompted.
How do I access my free digital subscription?
You must first download the Surface Magazine app from iTunes here. Once you have done so select “use print subscription” and enter your customer account number (also known as renewal code).
How can I find my renewal code?
Your renewal code can be found on the top line of the address label of the publication mailed to you.
How many issues do you print per year?
Surface prints 10 issues each year, with double issues in December/January and June/July.
When will I receive my first issue?
You will receive your first copy of the publication the month following your initial order. If you subscribe prior to one of our double issues, the wait time may be two months.
If I ordered a back issue how long will it take to receive?
Domestic back issues will be delivered within 1 week of your order. A confirmation of shipment will be sent to you when shipped. You can email@example.com to check on the status if you have not received within one week.
International issues will be delivered within 2 weeks of your order. A confirmation of shipment will be sent to you when shipped. You can firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the status if you have not received within two weeks.
What do I do if I move or need to update my credit card information?
Visit our customer portal here. If you have an account created, you can enter your e-mail and password. If you do not have an account, enter your shipping Zip Code and Renewal code located in the top right corner of your address label. If you are unsure of your renewal code please email@example.com
How do I renew my subscription?
All of our subscriptions are automatically renewed the month prior to your subscription ending. If you wish to cancel you must do so prior to that month. The status of your subscription can be viewed in the customer portal outlined above.
My subscription is active and I did not receive my copy. Who do I contact?
After confirming your address in our client portal and referencing the above chart which notes when to order by in order to receive specific issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make a claim. Someone from our team will respond to you within one week.
How can I order multiple copies of an issue?
We offer bulk subscriptions here for a discounted rate. These can also be purchased on a yearly basis for corporate clients.
Do you offer any agency discounts?
Surface works with a select group of agencies, but we do not offer any agency discounts.
