After the recent passing of “heartbeat laws” across the Southern United States, architect-researcher and Harvard GSD faculty member Malkit Shoshan unites political, artistic, and architectural works by Lori Brown, Bernie Krouse, and Joep van Lieshout, among others, to investigate fertility and the spaces behind attempts to control women’s bodies.
