Assembledge+

Since its founding, Assembledge+ has been pursuing an architecture that is driven by a commitment to collaboration and craftsmanship with the goal of creating enduring environments that are user-focused, innovative, and sustainable. Following in the tradition of Southern California modernist design, the practice seeks to create elegant and seamless connections between indoor and outdoor spaces, establishing a program that integrates aesthetic and contextual imperatives.

The Oakdell Residence is a shining example of the award-winning work being done by the Los Angeles-based architecture firm. With a passion to "assemble," the team brings new technology, fresh materials and contemporary building techniques together transforming a more traditional blueprint.

Cactus Club Cafe | Station Square

Clad in the signature material palate, consisting of the cornerstone finishes rift-cut white oak, oil-rubbed bronze, and dark leather, the interior design epitomizes the Cactus Club brand with its clean, modern, and sumptuous aesthetic. A continuous ribbon of wood ceiling transverses the space, creating a cohesive design element that unifies the dining experience.

Stoneridge Residence

Located in Bel Air, California, the Stoneridge Residence is a remodel of an existing house. The second-floor addition complements the original exterior with large expanses of glass and dark steel support elements and new brick-clad volumes. Along with its expansive lawn and native vegetation, the back yard focal piece is an Olympic-sized infinity-edge pool and Barragan inspired poured-in-place cantilevered concrete water fountain.

Sunset Plaza

The Sunset Plaza is designed as a series of interlocking spaces, opening up to the surrounding landscape. Simple geometric forms with a horizontal, low-profile silhouette receive subtle shifts and breaks in response to the program. Outside, a saline infinity pool with spa and cabana highlights landscaped gardens, offering a vantage point of 180-degree views of the Los Angeles basin.

AETHER Apparel

AETHER Apparel’s flagship store in Los Angeles embodies the brand’s dual character to be classic and modern in the city and highly practical and functional in the outdoors.

Oakdell Residence

Nestled in the hills of the Fryman Canyon in California, The Oakdell Residence is a remodel and an addition to an existing 1960’s mid-century home. The floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors on either side give the residence a sense of transparency, lightness, and fluidity.

Stephenson House

The Stephenson House, located in the Chevy Chase neighborhood of Washington DC, is a remodel of a unique modernist house built in 1962. The charcoal-colored stained brick, mahogany siding, and glass converted the house into a modern dwelling consisting of an open floor plan, abundance of natural light, and clean and simple detailing.
