New York City’s legacy as a center of architectural innovation stretches back centuries, and in recent years, the pace of development has only accelerated. It’s time to take stock and ask where we go from here.

Enter City of Tomorrow, a real estate, architecture, and design summit hosted by New York’s 92Y (Feb. 3-4). Industry heavyweights, from Ian Schrager to Alexandra Champalimaud, will convene to discuss a range of topics in design and building.

The first day culminates with a keynote panel moderated by Surface editor-in-chief Spencer Bailey. The event gathers a group of celebrated architects—Elizabeth Diller, Roger Duffy, Christopher Sharples, and Patrik Schumacher—to weigh in on New York’s present and future.
