On Saturday, July 29, Long Island’s Watermill Center hosted its annual benefit and auction to raise funds for its artist residency and education programs. The evening, which honored Laurie Anderson and Isabelle Huppert and memorialized the late musician Lou Reed, welcomed more than 20 site-specific works and performances curated by Noah Khoshbin and Ivan Cheng. Guests included Robert Downey Jr., Maxwell Osborne, Inga Maren Otto, Elsa Hosk, and others.
A Night Out at the Watermill Center
Founder Robert Wilson welcomed more than 1,000 guests to his Long Island art center to honor artist Laurie Anderson, actress Isabelle Huppert, and the late musician Lou Reed.
