“Perfume, Sculpture of the Invisible” presents a 30-year retrospective of Maison Francis Kurkdjian, redefining fragrance as a fully realized artistic medium. The exhibition immerses visitors in a multi-sensory journey where scents intersect with video, photography, music, and interactive installations, from rose petals to virtual-reality forests and scented bubbles. The maison’s collaborations with artists, chefs, musicians, and designers reveal fragrance’s capacity to evoke ideas, emotions, and atmospheres beyond commercial conventions, offering new ways to experience and interpret art. Highlights include archival and newly created works, culminating in L’Alchimie des sens, an immersive installation inspired by Baccarat Rouge 540, which transforms scent into a sculptural and performative experience.
