Ferrari introduced its all-electric, five-seat Luce, designed by Jony Ive.
Ferrari has unveiled the Luce, its first fully electric production car and first-ever five-seat model, marking a major shift for the Italian automaker. Developed in collaboration with former Apple design chief Jony Ive and his LoveFrom studio, the four-door grand tourer features a bespoke electric platform with four motors producing more than 1,000 horsepower, a claimed range of roughly 330 miles, and a top speed exceeding 190 mph, while introducing a radically different aesthetic language centered on minimalist surfaces, a glass-heavy silhouette, and a redesigned interior that blends physical controls with OLED interfaces. Priced around $640,000 with deliveries expected to begin in late 2026, the Luce has already generated polarized reactions among enthusiasts and investors.
Wolfgang Tillmans has won Europe’s most financially significant arts prize.
German artist and photographer Wolfgang Tillmans has won the 2026 Roswitha Haftmann Prize, Europe’s highest-value art award, receiving CHF 150,000 in recognition of a four-decade practice that combines photographic experimentation with social and political engagement. Tillmans rose to prominence in the 1990s through intimate portraits of European club culture and LGBTQIA+ communities before expanding into abstraction, still life, landscape, installation, and politically engaged image-making. The award, presented by the Roswitha Haftmann Foundation and to be formally conferred at the Kunsthaus Zürich on September 17, honors both Tillmans’ influence on contemporary photography and his broader activism around democracy, anti-racism, and queer rights.
Architect Luca Dini Design will conceptualize wellness living for Longevity Suite and Visionnaire.
Italian luxury interiors brand Visionnaire has partnered with wellness company The Longevity Suite and architect Luca Dini to develop a new generation of “longevity ready” residential and hospitality spaces centered on preventive health, biohacking, and wellness-focused design. The collaboration combines advanced environmental systems—including air and water microfiltration, circadian lighting, low-emission materials, acoustic engineering, and integrated spa and fitness areas—with high-end architectural and interior design, positioning the home as an active wellness ecosystem rather than a passive living space. The initiative’s first major project, Hydor Tower, designed by Luca Dini Design & Architecture, is conceived as a “living organism” integrating natural elements, wellness infrastructure, rooftop amenities, longevity clinics, and restorative interiors.
Purchased by C86 Holdings, The Face magazine will return again.
Cult British style and youth culture magazine The Face is set to return after its recent closure, following its acquisition by C86 Holdings. Founded in London in 1980 by Nick Logan, The Face became one of the most influential fashion and music magazines of its era before first shutting down in 2004, then relaunching in 2019 under Wasted Talent Media; that revival ended earlier this year amid financial losses tied to an advertising-dependent business model. The magazine’s website now features a message stating “The Face will return,” signaling a new chapter for the publication as it attempts another reinvention within the rapidly shifting media landscape.
