From Moss, the exquisitely designed Manhattan members’ club dedicated to intelligent leisure, this week’s Member Council Cocktail Party was a jubilant gesture toward key figures in its cultural ecosystem. According to Patrick Dooley, who orchestrated the experience within Moss’ Inklings, assembling the council was “about finding a balance. Dooley—who has convened the personalities in rooms at elite organizations from London to Grand Cayman—is driven by the idea that five-star luxury service can lead with warmth. “Luxury comes at a comfort level,” he says. “It’s always about comfort.”
