Carbone Beach Returned to Miami Race Week with a Three-Night Spectacle
Hosted by Major Food Group and American Express, the sold-out, velvet-rope supper club unfolded May 2–4 with surprise performances from Jelly Roll, T-Pain, and a show-stopping finale by Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean, who reunited for a medley of Fugees classics under the stars. Each evening began with a jaw-dropping cocktail hour featuring a 2,500-pound ice sculpture overflowing with oysters, caviar, and top-shelf pours from Lobos 1707, Ketel One, and more—including the Centurion Spritz. Guests then moved into an opulent seaside dining room to indulge in a four-course feast by chef Mario Carbone, with signature plates like spicy rigatoni vodka and veal parmesan. Seen among the well-heeled crowd: Tom Brady, T-Pain, Suni Lee, Jamie Foxx, Patrick Mahomes, and Nina Dobrev, all raising glasses to a weekend that seamlessly blended culinary theater, beachside glamour, and music history in the making.
