Citi Strata Elite℠’s Bold Evening at Café Carmellini with The Supper Club

A coveted reservation at Café Carmellini was just the start for the third event in the rarefied dining collaboration between the Citi Strata Elite℠ Card and The Supper Club. The restaurant’s famed proprietor, chef Andrew Carmellini, partnered with chef Ryan Bartlow of Ernesto’s and Bartolo as well as chef Ariel Schor of Beba for the exclusive culinary series, accessible only to Citi Strata Elite℠ cardmembers. The evening flowed from an elegant cocktail hour to a four-course pairing menu, with each plate helmed by one chef. Chef Carmellini’s savory contribution—his famed Duck Duck Duck tortellini—was rivaled only by his dessert options: a gianduja chocolate budino and a passion fruit sorbet. Live music wove through the elegant occasion, which also included a calligraphy station for Citi Strata Elite℠ cardmembers to commemorate the evening.
