The Inaugural Point72 and Related Ross Pro-Am Raises Over $400,000

Professional golfers, celebrities, and athletes from the New York Mets and Miami Dolphins joined a roster of world leaders in finance, real estate, and community impact for the inaugural Point72 and Related Ross Pro-Am. The invitation-only, two-day event commenced at the TGL Stadium in the SoFi Center (with an exclusive cocktail, and a hole-in-one challenge) before transferring to the Paramount Course at Apogee Golf Club, with three 18-hole championship courses—designed by architects Gil Hanse and Jim Wagner, Tom Fazio II and Mike Davis, and Kyle Phillips respectively. The elite event raised more than $400,000 for the Related Ross Foundation to benefit children at Pleasant City Elementary, U.B. Kinsey/Palmview Elementary, and Roosevelt Elementary—by providing 10-week summer camp opportunities for more than 200 students living below the poverty line.
