Ginori 1735’s Floral Florenza Dinner

A sensory immersion into the floral concept behind Ginori 1735’s new Florenza porcelain tableware collection, “The Unframed Garden,” a convivial cocktail hour and dinner unfolded for the design community within Bond Street’s eminent Italian culinary establishment, Il Buco. Alex Crowder, of Field Studies Florals, wove azalea, spirea, quince, cherry, and plum into the warm environs, acting as punctuation between Florenza place settings in the complementary colorways of Verde Acanto and Rosa Malva. Guests were greeted with signature Florenza cocktails—of gin, violet liqueur, lemon, and tonic—before settling into a seasonal multicourse menu that concluded with panna cotta and aged balsamic. Guests included Andy Baraghani, Beverly Nguyen, Alan Eckstein, Kate Berry, Lynn Yaeger, Romilly Newman, Sophie Lou Jacobsen, Waris Ahluwalia, Zachary Weiss, Jalil Johnson, and more.
