McKinnon & Harris

The furniture brand of choice for outdoor spaces on estates and yachts has teamed up with tile manufacturer New Ravenna to create a line of mosaic-inlaid tables. Each intricate pattern creates an interplay of light and shape that’s particularly mesmerizing when taken in over poolside aperitivo come sunset.

Holly Hunt

Among the furniture purveyor’s latest releases is Moss & Lam’s animal- and nature-inflected lineup of side tables and accessories. Sculptural and whimsical pieces like the Mister Owl and Walking Bear tables offer a cheeky reminder to approach design with playfulness.

Louis XIII

This past spring, the King of Cognacs announced the forthcoming release of its rare cask limited-edition set, featuring an ultra-rare aromatic cognac bottled in custom black Baccarat crystal. The release, named Rare Cask 42.1, follows Louis XIII’s initial debut of the rare cask series in 2009 and marks a decade since the last rare release.

Miami Design District

The Magic City’s hub for visionary art, fashion, and food, enlisted design studio MadeThought and animation studio 2Veinte to recount its origin story. The cinematic short “Beyond Belief” follows the “creative laboratory,” in the words of founder Craig Robins, from the neighborhood’s beginnings as the site of a Pineapple farm to Robins’ vision for the Design District 100 years into the future.

Art For Change

The marketplace for conscious collectors teamed up with artists Jesse Krimes and María Magdalena Campos-Pons to benefit the Brooklyn Museum in support of its annual Artists Ball gala benefit. From each sale of prints of Campos-Pons’ Testigo self-portrait and Krimes’ Elegy, $500 will be donated to the museum.

Art of Tea

The Los Angeles–based tea purveyor ushered in the spring with two new bespoke blends. The brand collaborated with wellness expert Jessie Lowe to create Manifest, a zingy herbal tea blend with organic sage, lavender, spearmint, and peppermint. Just in time for the springtime cherry blossom harvest, the brand also revived a fan-favorite green tea blend: Sencha Cherry Blossom.

Puiforcat

The French silversmith debuted a special dinner service credited to the late Donald Judd. Together with Judd Foundation artistic director Flavin Judd, the company transformed Donald’s 34–year–old sketches and technical drawings into the cylindrical vessels that make up the eight–piece collection.

It’s been a banner year for the art storage company, which expanded to include white glove garment storage with the acquisition of Garde Robe. The company recently shared news of the acquisition of wine storage and advisory firm Domaine.
