Worthlessstudios’ Holiday Soiree Brought the Golden Days of Disco to Primo’s

Festive season is upon us, and Worthlessstudios sure has plenty to celebrate. On November 7 the New York-based not-for-profit arts organization toasted the year in review from the Art Deco-inspired Tribeca cocktail lounge Primo’s. Over the course of the night, attendees, including founder Neil Hamamoto and the organization’s board members, acknowledged milestones like WARP, its inaugural large-scale sculpture residency with UAP. Guests toasted to the evening—and the organization’s next chapters of its 1-800 Happy Birthday project and photography residency against the backdrop of a jazz soundscape by Dolly Lowe and DJ sets by Luigi Sambui, Gui Machado, and DJ Jean D'Armes. The music, vibes, and refreshments from Good Twin, Gotham, and Rosaluna kept the party going until 1:45am. Notables in attendance included Jordan Huelskamp, Mike Forman, Ayesha Fardell, Claire Rose Malloy, Lily Mortimer, Madeline Spates, Malik Al-Mahrouky, Rayna Holmes, Tiffany Zabludowicz, Remy Goued, and more.
