Hosted by the museum’s Young Collectors Council, the party will coincide with the 20th anniversary of the members-only group. Artist Ryan McNamara, whose Guggenheim debut, “Battleground,” premiered in the rotunda in 2016, will play a DJ set that will cue a handful of his protégés to begin their own dances in the space, symbolically and literally following in his footsteps.
