Inside the Opening Night Preview of The Winter Show 2026

This year’s 72nd edition of The Winter Show—which features 75 exhibitors presenting art, antiques, jewelry, and design objects drawn from the last 5,000 years—commenced with a grand, glamorous opening night preview. Complete with Black River Caviar, Faire la Fête Brut, and fine spirits by Diageo, the evening welcomed artists, designers, and the cultural community to honor Caroline Kennedy and welcome Wendy Goodman as honorary co-chair. Guests included Cynthia Rowley, Reed Krakoff and Delphine Krakoff, Peter Marino, Christine Gachot, Michael Diaz-Griffith, and Todd Merrill. More than a meticulously vetted conclave of dealers with pieces of singular beauty, The Winter Show is also a philanthropic endeavor that directly benefits the programs of East Side House Settlement—a nonprofit that annually serves more than 14,000 Bronx and Northern Manhattan residents.
