Miami’s Culturati Joined Uribe Schwarzkopf and Surface to Welcome WOMA to Wynwood Norte

To celebrate the launch of sales at WOMA, a forthcoming residential and creative development in Miami's Wynwood Norte neighborhood, architecturally attuned Ecuadorian developer Uribe Schwarzkopf and Surface Magazine hosted a two-segment party—linked by golf carts that passed by the future site’s footprint. Impeccably dressed attendees arrived at the WOMA Sales Center for an introduction to the vertical village’s colorful volumes and the culturally rich vision behind its mixed-use layout. There, they were welcomed by Uribe Schwarzkopf founder Tommy Schwarzkopf and CEO Joseph Schwarzkopf, alongside fashion designer and WOMA collaborator Rosita Hurtado. Afterward, ebullient guests—Miami-based artists, designers, and real estate professionals—sipped champagne as Joseph introduced the project’s architects, MVRDV lead Rutger Huiberts and Miami-based architect and eponymous studio founder Kobi Karp, as well as Surface Editor-in-Chief David Graver.
