Pebble Bar Hosts an Ode to Wales and Welsh Culture

Renowned Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins OBE and Matt Charles of Authentic Hospitality assembled a spirited crew for Pebble Bar’s first-ever celebration of St. David’s Day, the National Day of Wales and Welsh culture. Within the townhouse’s exclusive top floor, named Johnny’s, guests sipped upon Welsh Daisy cocktails made from Jenkins’ own Cygnet 22 Welsh Dry Gin—distilled six miles from where the operatic performer grew up in Neath Valley. Mini shepherd’s pies and Schaller & Weber sausages were served alongside the flavorful mixed drink, which will be on Pebble Bar’s menu all of March, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Arts Council of Wales.
