A Vibrant Night Unfolded Within Fooq's Miami For Citi Strata Elite℠ and The Supper Club
A multisensory and culinary immersion, the latest installment of Citi Strata Elite℠ and The Supper Club’s dining series welcomed cardmembers to new Mediterranean hotspot, Fooq’s Miami. Hosted by chef Andrew Bazzini, the convivial occasion began with a cocktail reception—complete with an energetic live saxophone set—in the venue’s exclusive upstairs lounge, Lion’s Den. Following delectable passed appetizers and signature mixed drinks (including a Midnight Hour Margarita and Cosmic Martini), guests ventured downstairs into the main dining room for an extravagant multicourse meal, as well as a live demonstration of the Florida Red Snapper preparation by chef Bazzini. The dishes—from burnt eggplant and tomato to heritage chicken and braised lamb—offered surprise and delight. As a flavorful exclamation point to the evening, Citi Strata Elite℠ cardmembers were able to leave with a set of spices that the chef used throughout the menu.
