SEIA

Designer: Laurence Macadam (Zervudachi, Roberts & Macadam London)

Location: Miami, Florida

On Offer: As the first major standalone office tower to rise in Miami’s urban core in over a decade, the Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill–designed 830 Brickell has become a symbol of the city’s corporate evolution. The glass-walled tower now reveals its lifestyle centerpiece: Seia, a contemporary Italian destination created by Vlad Doronin’s OKO Group and the Michelin-pedigreed Bastion Collection. Occupying the 54th floor, the restaurant features interiors by Laurence Macadam that balance Italian modernity with Miami-inspired textures, and museum-quality works by Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, Richard Prince, Joe Bradley, and more. Chefs Salvatore Martone and Alessandro Morrone lead a menu grounded in Southern Italian tradition—highlighted by a tableside-finished Focaccia Rossa—while mixologist Michele Montauti’s program tracks the Italian rhythm of the day.

Standout Features: One floor up, the invitation-only Seia Club functions as a high-altitude “third space” for the building’s tenants and Miami’s creative guard. It’s designed to evolve with the day’s pace, opening at 7:00 a.m. for quiet breakfast meetings before shifting into a social hub defined by salon-style cultural gatherings and a dedicated DJ program. Perhaps the most compelling feature is the 180-degree outdoor terrace—a rare open-air vantage point 55 stories up that offers a panoramic view of the skyline and Biscayne Bay. Between the terrace and the lounge, the club acts as a private penthouse where the museum-grade art from the floor below continues, creating a seamless, sky-high extension of the restaurant.
