Michigan’s Cranbrook Art Museum hosts Alexander Girard’s first retrospective in America. Girard was an influential contributor to the mid-century movement. Based in Grosse Pointe in Michigan, he worked closely with other key modernist figures like Eero Saarinen and Charles and Ray Eames.
