Dresden’s multipurpose cultural center, an icon of East German architecture, will reopen in April after four years of construction. Designed by Gerkan, Marg, & Partners, the renovation has installed a library, a cabaret, and a new concert hall inside the Bauhaus-inspired 1969 building.
