In 2014, Algerian artist Mohamed Bourouissa produced “Horse Day” in Philadelphia, in which he dressed horses in fantastical costumes and photographed local children riding them. Three years later, the images he created return to Pennsylvania, this time in an 85-piece show at the Barnes Foundation.
