To celebrate the continuous artistic dialogue between Latin America and Los Angeles, this festival sees more than 75 performances by the likes of Mexican performance artist Astrid Hadad, Peruvian theater troupe Grupo Cultural Yuyachkani, and L.A.-based artists including Raul Baltazar and Carmen Argote.
