The third cycle of Fondation d’entreprise Hermès’s annual season of themed exhibitions explores the 400-year-old history, aesthetic, and techniques behind crystal-making. At this solo show, the Vietnam-born artist Thu-Van Tran unveils a new series of rubberwood and crystal sculptures, producing harmony and resistance between the two materials and diffracting new narratives for each.
