A three-story, 60,000-square-foot office in Washington, D.C. The client entry features a three-story aluminum wall with the brand's new logo carved in.

Chilmark House, Massachusetts

The Chilmark House project on Martha's Vineyard, as seen from the lower lawn in the evening. The lower bedrooms line up with shared bathrooms. Above the main living floor is a kitchen with a glass wall that opens to views of the Atlantic Ocean. (This project was done in collaboration with Gray Organschi Architecture.)

Empire State Apartment, New York City

Here the firm sought to open up new possibilities within a classic New York City apartment typology by creating new open volumes of connected space with long site lines. At the core of the project is a central axis linking the private spaces in the back to a windowed view of the Empire State Building in the front while blurring the division between “Hall” and “Room.” Instead of walls, the firm utilized changes in ceiling heights to divide and define notions of space. The client works at 1stdibs.com, and the firm handpicked every piece of furniture from their collection of dealers.

Tribeca Rooftop, New York City

Perched atop historic Staple Street alley in lower Manhattan, this penthouse unit’s roof was severely weathered, but offered the possibility of sweeping city views, while protected from all its nearby neighbors.

An art space and home atop the High Line. Under construction in 2017, the space will include a full floor rotating gallery beneath reconstructed 1920s skylights and an rooftop sculpture garden.
