Surface’s summer partnership with the Stuart Weitzman School of Design at UPenn kicked off last week, a month-long curriculum and student competition to design a mobile testing unit for COVID-19. Headed by Winka Dubbeldam, Miller Professor and Chair of Architecture, the program will be bolstered by a digital lecture series featuring prominent figures in the world of design that kicks off this evening.
