Puiforcat’s Silversmith’s Knives Collection

The Silversmith’s Knives Collection is designed in partnership with French chef Pierre Gagnaire and Gabriele Pezzini. Featuring an expert knife block and three cheese knives, the handles combine functional elegance and balanced proportions, asserting their unique character with their cruciform structure. Made from solid steel and walnut wood, the Silversmith’s knives are manufactured in France in specialized workshops.

Fluidité is the latest creation in Puiforcat coffee and tea services. This visionary silver set reflects a renewed savoir-faire and sense of style signed by Dutch designer Aldo Bakker. With his expert knowledge of metalwork, he was able to give a unique face to the long-standing tradition that unites silver with coffee and tea.
