We were challenged with the task of creating a new single-family home with a focus on entertainment and style and decided to design this home from many vantage points. Our focus was not only to utilize the site, but to maximize daylight, create privacy, and allow an easy-to-use formal, yet open plan, making this one of our favorite Modern Farm homes. The front porch and covered outdoor terrace welcomes as you seamlessly transition from outdoors to indoors. Serving as both Architect and Interior Designer for this home allowed us to create a cohesive and aesthetically successful home design.
