Mexico City aglow during Sol a Sol
Dorsia Introduced Its New Culture Calendar With a 16-Hour Helipad Party
Set atop a private Polanco helipad, the second edition of Dorsia’s invitation-only Sol a Sol party welcomed members and VIP guests to 360-degree views of Mexico City from dawn to dusk. The 16-hour event—complete with nine DJ sets and bites from chef Elena Reygadas’ local Mediterranean spot Lardo—served as a closing party for Zona Maco and the launch of Dorsia’s new Culture Calendar, an in-app platform designed to program the year like a magazine, but function like a concierge. Many attendees, who ranged from artists to a rocket engineer, arrived at 4am and stayed for the entire duration as the party shifted through three distinct vibes. Signature cocktails featuring Centinela Eterno Tequila, Flor de Azar, and Mezcal Amarás fueled the eclectic crowd through sets by Gallivanter, Vanjee, Omri, Riche, Nico Bernardini, Nacho Isa, Nick Morgan, and closer Parallelle.
