Via Carota Craft Cocktails, the ready-to-serve line from chefs Rita Sodi and Jody Williams, marked the start of summer with an intimate launch event at The Surf Lodge in Montauk, unveiling its latest creation: the Sparkling Cosmo. Tucked away from the venue's lively main floor, a close gathering of guests and friends of the brand got an early look at the new release alongside a dinner by Sodi and Williams, with a menu featuring carciofi alla griglia, burrata pomodorini, trofie pesto, and Via Carota’s famous tiramisu.
