Citi and The Supper Club Bring an Exclusive Dining Experience to Chicago’s Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf

On September 17, Citi Strata Elite® presented an evening at Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf with The Supper Club, bringing their dining series to one of Chicago’s most sought-after restaurants. Guests gathered in Bavette’s private dining room for an intimate evening celebrating the city’s culinary scene, conversation and connection. The evening began with a cocktail hour featuring a towering seafood display, passed hors d’oeuvres and a rotation of specialty tray-passed martinis, including a Dirty Martini brightened with pink grapefruit, a Vesper with white balsamic and raspberry, and a French Martini with passionfruit and a touch of soy. Guests were also treated to the famed wagyu burger as a special hors d’oeuvre. Dinner followed with Bavette’s signature sourdough and a choice of Wedge Salad or Smoked Salmon Caesar before moving into steakhouse classics, including a 42-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye, Big Glory Bay salmon and roasted garlic lamb chops. To finish the night, guests were treated to chocolate layer cake, lemon meringue pie, and a final round of Bavette’s espresso martinis.
