At MoMA, the Art Students League of New York Toasts Resilience

On November 8, the Art Students League of New York hosted its Annual Fundraising Gala at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Toasting its continued resilience and growth during unprecedented times, the event honored renowned Cuban painter and League alumna Carmen Herrera and the Kamen Family for their support of the League’s community outreach program Seeds of the League. Gala chairs Robin Letter Frank, Dr. Ronald Frank, and artistic director Michael Hall hosted the evening, which began with a cocktail hour with music performed by Juilliard School students and live demonstrations by League artists.
