Otherside Objects is a design practice focused on furniture and objects handcrafted by Sam Klemick. Inspired by an environmental awareness and the challenge of creating something new within a pre-existing form, Klemick's work strives to combine new materials with discarded furniture and deadstock fabrics to create objects that are practical and bring a sense of joy into the spaces they occupy. Klemick's process relies on the use of a wood lathe to turn the large and distinctive bubbly shapes that punctuate her work.
