For Yntegra Group’s upcoming Rosewood Exuma—a 124-acre private island sanctuary with just 33 suites set to debut in 2028—the journey will begin long before guests set foot on shore. The Miami-based developer has commissioned Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding to create a custom 13-meter Limousine Tender that will offer an effortless transition into ultra-luxury the moment guests step off the plane.
The vessel will accommodate 12 passengers with twin 370hp engines that glide through Bahamian waters at 32 knots, delivering arrivals to the resort’s dual marinas. Interiors will mirror the resort’s refined aesthetic with handcrafted leather seating, mood lighting, and natural fiber accents. Advanced features, including Seakeeper stabilizer and smart helm controls, ensure both comfort and performance during the water transfer.
“Our collaboration with Cockwells brings this vision to life—delivering a vessel that is more than transportation. It’s a seamless, elevated journey and a natural extension of the destination itself,” explains Felipe MacLean, CEO of Yntegra Group. Dave Cockwell, founder of Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding, echoes the sentiment: “We are proud to create a new concept that transforms a water-to-shore transfer into a treasured memory.” The vessel launches in August 2026, with a model debuting at the Monaco Yacht Show this September.
