Inside the International Center of Photography's 42nd Infinity Awards Gala

For the 42nd Infinity Awards gala, the International Center of Photography (ICP) gathered the cultural and photographic communities to honor four of the most exceptional talents in image-capturing—Tarrah Krajnak, Joel Meyerowitz, Haruka Sakaguchi, and Collier Schorr—alongside Betty Catroux, recipient of the Image Icon Award. The celebratory event, chaired by ICP trustees Stefano Tonchi and Jessica Nagle, resulted in an unforgettable evening that affirmed the connective tissue between all types of photographers. Woven into the multi-course meal were awards speeches from the honorees, ending with a standing ovation for Lifetime Achievement Award Winner Joel Meyerowitz, who's been promised a forthcoming retrospective at ICP. “Each year, the ICP Infinity Awards are a chance to honor the incredible work of leading practitioners, while affirming ICP's commitment to concerned photography and photography’s ability to change the world,” Bob Jeffrey, CEO of ICP, shared. “Our 2026 honorees are all talented image makers who elevate the medium and remind us of the enduring power of the image and its ability to shine a light on the world around us.”
