To celebrate a retrofuturistic story that began in the ‘60s—and to usher in a limited timepiece powered by a proprietary tuning fork technology that vibrates 360 times per second—Accutron took over Greenwich Village hotspot and art gallery People’s. The ebullient occasion found art and design world elite sipping signature cocktails alongside the horological community. Every guest was given a Lomomatic 110 film camera to capture the unfolding moments: from a toast for the new Accutron 314 to costumed actors and a ‘60s and ‘70s DJ set by Kristine Barilli.
