R & Company is making its debut at the Aspen Art Fair this year, presenting a focused show at Hotel Jerome from July 29 to August 1, centered on ceramic and glass, alongside two chairs by Francesca DiMatteo. For the fair’s third edition, the gallery’s booth brings together work by Katie Stout, Jeff Zimmerman, Richard Marquis, Roberto Lugo, Jolie Ngo, and Amber Cowan, marking the first time Cowan’s work has appeared at an art fair.

The lineup spans the full range of material practice in craft today: Marquis’ glasswork, Zimmerman’s blown-glass lighting and sculpture, Lugo’s ceramic vessels bridging generations of tradition, Stout’s glazed forms, Ngo’s sculptural ceramics, and Cowan’s sculptures built from upcycled industrial glass scraps. Taken together, the presentation argues for craft as one of the inventive spaces in contemporary art.
